28 Jan 19: Scotland has launched a new fire safety framework for social housing, which will enable registered social landlords (RSLs) to meet their updated obligations following the Grenfell Tower disaster. The new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is being managed by PfH Scotland, specialist providers of procurement services to the housing sector and jointly owned by HouseMark, the National Housing Federation and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
