U.K: Breakthrough for UK on trillion dollar trade agreement

05 Dec 2018: The UK has won agreement for its independent membership of the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) at the World Trade Organisation (WTO), ensuring it will retain access to a market worth $1.7 trillion after Brexit. The GPA is an agreement among 46 WTO members that allows them to bid for government contracts for the provision of goods, services or construction in each others' countries. Members include the US, the European Union and Japan.
