Trinidad and Tobago: Procurement Board: Follow existing guidelines

14 Sep 2018: THE Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property (Amendment) Bill, 2015 is not yet law but the Procurement Board of Trinidad and Tobago has reminded Government that best practice and existing guidelines should still be followed. Chairman of the board, Moonilal Lalchan, said in an interview on Thursday that a Procurement Act is still in place, as well as guidelines according to the Central Tenders Board, that should apply even to Government-to-Government arrangements.
