Trinidad and Tobago: Imbert stands by govt-to-govt terms for procurement

25 Jan 20: Finance Minister Colm Imbert on Thursday submitted the procurement regulations and changes to the Public Procurement Act to Cabinet for approval since receiving them on September 2, last year.
