Philippines: Reforms in procurement law eyed

28 Oct 19: The Government Procurement Policy Board-Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) is eyeing amendments to the Government Procurement Reform Act, including the introduction of a new term for the award of contracts, to ensure that the government would get the best value for its money.
