Papua New Guinea: Parliament passes National Procurement Bill

13 Sep 2018: PARLIAMENT has passed the National Procurement Bill that abolishes the Central Supply and Tenders Board and creates the new National Procurement Commission. The new law also provides procurement threshold, giving local companies exclusive rights to bid for State contracts valued at under K10 million.
