17 Jul 19: Finance minister Calle Schlettwein says policymakers reflected on the effectiveness of the public procurement law and its institutional arrangements. Schlettwein was speaking at the one-day Public Procurement Act workshop for ministers and executive directors, held in Windhoek on Monday.“It is a sanctioned platform to provide policy guidance and recommendations on the immediate and long-term solutions to the identified shortcomings in the implementation of the public procurement law,” he said.
