02 Feb 19: The 25 per cent procurement criteria under the Public Procurement Policy has already been implemented from November 9, 2018. The amendment was officially notified on by the Office of DC-MSME on the same date. A Senior Official from the Office of DC-MSME confirmed KNN India that the order has been implemented from November 9, 2018 itself. This was one of the 12-sops announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 2, 2019.
